Important: Fathers Unchained provides educational information only. Nothing in this agreement, the website, the community, courses, resources, discussions, workshops, calls, or downloads is legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created.
By joining the Fathers Unchained Private Members Association, the member confirms that membership is voluntary and that the member is choosing to associate privately for educational, community, documentation, public-records, and lawful transparency purposes.
Membership is a privilege and may be denied, suspended, limited, or revoked if a member violates this agreement, harms the community, creates legal or safety risk, or acts contrary to the mission and rules of the association.
The purpose of Fathers Unchained PMA is to educate, organize, document, and observe. The association exists to help members better understand court records, public records, procedural history, service and notice issues, enforcement documents, administrative processes, and lawful transparency efforts.
All materials and communications are for educational and informational purposes only. Fathers Unchained, its administrators, moderators, instructors, contractors, volunteers, members, and affiliates do not represent members in court, do not provide legal advice, and do not guarantee any result.
Members remain responsible for their own decisions, deadlines, filings, communications, legal strategy, court appearances, agency matters, and consultation with licensed counsel where appropriate.
Members who participate in court watching agree that court watching means lawful observation, careful note-taking, public education, and transparency. It does not mean disruption, intimidation, confrontation, unauthorized recording, interference, or harassment.
Members may participate in public-records efforts to request, organize, and study policies, manuals, contracts, training materials, Title IV-D related records, enforcement procedures, and other public documents. Members agree to use public-records processes lawfully and respectfully.
Members may share personal experiences, documents, timelines, and questions inside private member areas. Members agree not to copy, publish, distribute, screenshot, resell, or expose private member discussions or restricted content outside the PMA without permission.
Membership dues, product pricing, access terms, benefits, and renewal structures may change over time. Access may depend on payment status, membership status, product purchased, role assignment, administrative approval, and compliance with this agreement.
Failure to pay, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or violation of this agreement may result in suspended or terminated access.
Fathers Unchained does not guarantee any court result, agency result, dismissal, refund, support modification, enforcement change, appeal result, case result, employment result, credit result, or legal outcome.
All Fathers Unchained content, branding, logos, courses, downloads, graphics, templates, checklists, videos, member posts, training materials, and community structures are owned by or licensed to Fathers Unchained, Fathers Unchained PMA, SCT Technology LLC, or their respective owners. Members receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Fathers Unchained may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate membership, or deny future access if a member violates this agreement, abuses the community, shares restricted materials, creates risk, or acts contrary to the mission and safety of the association.
