Members interested in transparency can follow the court watching path: observe public hearings, take clean notes, document patterns, and report back without disruption.

Court watching rule set
- Observe only public proceedings and follow all courthouse rules.
- No disruption, intimidation, recording where prohibited, or interference with court staff.
- Document dates, courtroom, judge/hearing officer, case type, procedural issues, and public observations.
- Do not publish private, sealed, juvenile, protected, or personally identifying information.
- Report patterns for education and transparency, not harassment.
