This website is operated by Fathers Unchained Private Members Association, operated/administered by SCT Technology LLC.
By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, joining the community, enrolling in a course, submitting information, or accessing any member resource, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Educational Purpose Only
Fathers Unchained provides educational information, commentary, document education, procedural education, public records education, courses, community discussion, workshops, and related support materials.

11. Course and Download Access
Courses, downloads, checklists, templates, videos, documents, slides, guides, and other educational materials are provided for personal educational use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit member content without written permission.
You may not share private course links, member downloads, login credentials, screenshots, videos, or restricted materials outside the member area unless expressly permitted.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access.
12. Intellectual Property
