This mission exists because I refused to stop asking one question:
Did the court ever lawfully obtain authority over the person it claims to govern?
That single question changed everything. It exposed missing records, missing proof of service, and constitutional issues most fathers never know to look for. Fathers Unchained was created so other fathers don’t have to spend years learning those lessons alone.

A court cannot lawfully bind a person without authority.
An agency cannot lawfully enforce without records.
A father cannot effectively challenge a problem he has not documented.

WHY WE EXIST
Too many fathers are trapped in systems that ignore the Constitution, operate without proper authority, and destroy lives without accountability.
I believe every father deserves due process. I believe in the Truth. I believe in Freedom!
THE CHALLENGES WE FACE
While pursuing federal litigation challenging constitutional issues, I have been subjected to significant efforts by the state to financially cripple income which affects this work, including federal tax liens and other enforcement actions.
Despite those challenges, I continue building Fathers Unchained because fathers deserve access to education, not just expensive legal representation.

I'm not asking you to fund a lawsuit. I'm asking you to help build an educational movement that teaches fathers how to understand the record, preserve their rights, and help one another.
