This mission exists because I refused to stop asking one question:
Did the court ever lawfully obtain authority over the person it claims to govern?
That single question changed everything. It exposed missing records, missing proof of service, and constitutional issues most fathers never know to look for. Fathers Unchained was created so other fathers don’t have to spend years learning those lessons alone.

Too many fathers are trapped in systems that ignore the Constitution, operate without proper authority, and destroy lives without accountability.
I believe every father deserves due process. I believe in the Truth. I believe in Freedom!
THE CHALLENGES WE FACE
Building an independent national resource requires sustainable funding for technology, research, public-records requests, educational materials, and outreach.
Fathers Unchained continues because fathers deserve practical education and access to the record—not information available only to those who can afford expensive representation.

FIRST SEED GOAL: $500 — TWENTY PEOPLE AT $25
Fathers Unchained is building a national educational movement that helps fathers read the record, understand due process, and document how child-support agencies operate.
Our first seed goal is $500. These funds will help keep the Academy and public resources online, begin the next round of public-records requests, organize and publish the records received, and expand outreach so more fathers can find the tools.
Fathers Unchained currently operates through SCT Technology LLC and the Fathers Unchained PMA. Contributions support the mission and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. Funds from this campaign are not designated for personal litigation or legal representation.
