Level 1 — Foundation / Survival

This foundational level is designed for fathers who are just beginning to navigate family court, child support enforcement, custody disputes, or administrative systems. The focus is on building calm understanding, procedural awareness, and strong documentation habits before attempting advanced litigation or constitutional arguments.

Students will learn the basic structure of courts and agencies, how to read records and dockets, the importance of jurisdiction and notice, and how to organize evidence and communications methodically. This level emphasizes emotional control, record building, and educational understanding over reactionary tactics or internet myths.

Courses in this level help establish the groundwork necessary for understanding how legal and administrative systems actually function before progressing into procedural defense and advanced constitutional litigation concepts.
