Child Support Basics is a Level 1 Foundation course designed to help fathers understand the child support system before reacting to enforcement. This course explains support orders, guideline calculations, arrears, agency enforcement, payment records, income withholding, tax intercepts, license suspension, contempt pressure, modifications, and the record questions that connect enforcement back to lawful authority.
This course does not provide legal advice and does not provide filing templates. It teaches fathers how to slow down, identify what the system claims exists, read the documents, separate confirmed facts from missing records, and prepare better questions before taking action.
